This website is provided free of charge for personal use. We reserve the right to amend/withdraw/restrict the use of the services provided via this site without notice.
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
Prices may change slightly from those quoted on the web pages, as it is impossible to guarantee the exact weight of meat when cut. We will endeavour to be as accurate as possible.
Users of the website must be aged 18 years and over.
We will endeavour to fulfil all orders. However there maybe exceptional circumstances where we cannot meet your order. Should this occur we will contact you immediately and seek your instructions.

When placing an order with us, we will treat your personal information with the strictest confidence. We value customer privacy; the information you provide will be used to process your order and action payment. From time to time we may email you our latest special offers. If you do not wish to receive this information you can request to have your email address removed from our mailing list. Supply
We undertake to supply you with the meat/game we have described in these web pages. As detailed on the individual product pages some items are subject to seasonal supply. If you have any urgent order or an order involving large quantities of one type of meat/game, it is advisable to discuss your requirements directly with us, please call 01747 870077.

We may need to contact you direct if we have any queries with your order/instructions or delivery. Please ensure that you advise us of your contact details when placing your order.
Delivery
Full details of our delivery service are provided on the shipping web page of this site. We have appointed TNT as our courier as they are experienced in providing a fast nationwide door to door delivery service. We do monitor the service that they provide and are confident of their next day delivery service. However if you have not received your delivery by the requested time you should contact us immediately.
Guarantee
Our products are of the highest quality and we guarantee 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase from Wiltshire Game please contact us immediately i.e. on the same day that you receive your goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We regret we cannot accept returned orders or claims for items ordered in error.
Disclaimer
Wiltshire game products are vacuum packed to provide you with optimum taste and longevity prior to cooking.
Since meat is highly perishable, once opened it should always be kept at cold temperatures, either refrigerated or frozen. Wiltshire Game accept no responsibility for any harm caused by the inappropriate handling, storage and consumption of our products.
Payment
All payments are via our online store and are totally secure. We process payments on the day you place your order and email a receipted invoice to you. Under data protections laws we do not retain credit or debit card information and all information is securely shredded for your peace of mind.
Complaints
We are pleased to say that in our many years of supplying the restaurant trade we have had very few complaints and none unresolved. We pride ourselves in providing excellent quality meat/game. We take any complaint very seriously and request that all complaints should be notified to us within 24 hours of you receiving your delivery.
